Ilani welcomes clients of all ages; including infants, children, teenagers and adults. As you can see from the photos above, she uses a soft touch to do her work on clients of all ages.
Ilani enjoys giving talks about her work so if you have any questions about sessions with her or having her speak to your group, please send an email to: [email protected]

Today Ilani and I talked about how she is living her music with her work as a CranioSacral Therapist. Ilani shared stories about her work and I especially loved the one about Vince, the baby in the before and after pictures above.
I had been curious about CranioSacral Therapy because I've heard of it through Hay House events. I was happy to hear Ilani explain what it is and how she uses it to help her clients.
As Ilani explained during the show, a CranioSacral practitioner is trained to read the cranial rhythm of the body. It is separate and distinct from the breath rate and heart beat. By putting hands on gently, the practitioner can feel this rhythm anywhere in the body. In particular, the therapist is looking for a lack of this rhythm, and by treating those areas he/she can treat the source of a wide range of physical problems, rather the just the symptoms.
If you are curious to learn more about CranioSacral Therapy — to find out if it could be helpful for you or someone you know — I highly recommend you listen to this show!
I enjoyed talking with Ilani on my show today! Please listen to the show and share the replay link with your friends!

Michelle Gordon has been writing about the spiritual realm for twenty years. It started with poetry and short stories about ghosts and life after death, and has grown to novels about Angels and Faeries, alternate dimensions and parallel universes.
Five years ago, Michelle published her first novel in the Earth Angel series – The Earth Angel Training Academy. There are now six books in that series, and she has four individual novels in the Visionary Collection.
Michelle is an independent author, and has readers all over the world, many of whom have experienced positive shifts as a result of reading her books. She has many more books planned for the future, including a further seven books in the Earth Angel series and a brand new young adults trilogy.
When not writing, Michelle enjoys running her business, which helps other independent authors to publish their books, and doing oracle and tarot readings.
Michelle is very creative, and usually has a craft project or two on the go! She regularly writes her blog and does oracle card readings on her YouTube channel.
Today Michelle and I talked about why she wished to be a writer, the impact Doreen Virtue and Neale Donald Walsch have had on her writing, as well as the five year anniversary edition of her book The Earth Angel Training Academy which was the start of her two series of books.
Michelle Gordon is a great example of what can happen when you listen to your heart and feel inspired to live your music!
I began reading her book The Earth Angel Training Academy to prepare for the show and I am enjoying it very much – in fact I am super curious what's going to happen and am looking forward to reading the rest of it.
It was fun talking with Michelle Gordon on my show today!

This summer it will be 50 years since I picked up the belief that I "should" stop singing. I am so thankful that our son Zander inspired me to sing with him in 1993. I am also thankful that my husband has been encouraging me to sing with him.
What I have learned is that we are never too old to listen to our Heart and allow it to guide us!
Music gives me joy. All of my life I've loved music. How do you feel about music? Does it add joy to your life? As you can see in the photo of my husband and I love to sing!
When I was eleven years old I got my first Beatles and Beach Boys albums. I loved to sing with my favorite records in my room. (Especially songs by the Beatles, Beach Boys, Kinks, Yardbirds, Turtles, and Herman's Hermits.) I remember singing while riding my horse and I also enjoyed singing for my family. I began to dream of being a singer!
Then, one summer, 50 years ago, after staying with my grandparents for a month at their home in Los Gatos, I overheard my grandmother telling my mom that I "should" forget about singing. My grandmother sounded so sure I "should" give up singing that I gave up even trying to sing. I believed that she thought I had a "bad" voice.
Looking back on the situation I realize that my grandmother wanted two things — she wanted me to be an artist and paint oil paintings and she wanted to keep me away from the Rock 'n Roll music I loved to hear and to sing.
During college I worked part-time in record stores because I loved music — even though I majored in art as grandma wanted me to do at the time. While working in the record store I met three members of a rock 'n roll band called HUSH. One of them, Robert Berry, became one of the most treasured friends I've ever had in my life. I loved to go watch and listen as he worked at a recording studio. I also loved to watch his band play. My joy came from listening to music and from watching my friends and other people who were living their music!
My husband, Dudley, has always loved music — it's his passion. (You can see his passion for music in the photos in this message.) Before I met him, Dudley started his own business, DeNador Design & Photography. I've enjoyed working with Dudley in his graphic design business for many years.
When I first met Dudley I was thankful that he was only doing music as a hobby because I knew the time and travel it takes to be on the road and perform in a rock 'n roll band!
When our son, Zander, was about three years old, I started to sing again — with him when we were alone in my car. We used to sing songs from the Disney movies "Aladdin" and "Lion King" and also the songs from the movie "The Little Mermaid" while driving around doing errands. After lots of practicing with Zander I got brave enough to sing with Zander when we were with Dudley — going on trips in our car. I was amazed when Dudley told me that I did a good job singing Jasmine's part in "A Whole New World" with Zander singing Aladdin's part of the song. It was FUN being able to sing with my boys in the car!!!
In 2003, ten years after I began to allow myself to enjoy singing again — we attended a family reunion, at my mom's home, in Shasta County. I was thrilled that Dudley and Zander helped me learn to sing the song "Perfect Day" by Hoku for the event. I learned that it takes lots of practice to sing — to remember the words, the way the music goes, and it was fun practicing singing while driving my car.
Then, for awhile, I went back to listening and watching as Dudley and Zander wrote their songs and had them recorded. It was exciting to watch and listen as their song ideas became reality!
Robert Berry, who is now a treasured friend to all three of us, has a recording studio in Campbell, California. He recorded Dudley and Zander's songs. Robert is a very talented musician and he added keyboards, bass guitar, drums, and backup vocals to the tracks with Dudley and Zander playing their guitars and singing.
Going to Robert’s recording studio to watch, to listen, and every once in awhile make a suggestion for lyrics — words that might work better — makes me feel fully alive and full of joy. I love being part of it all — even in tiny ways. I asked Dudley to write a song called "Holiday on Earth"as a tribute to Earl Nightingale and he created a wonderful song we love to hear.
I've been writing lyrics for songs to go with my book, The Art of Living a Life You Love. The first one is called "Imagine" and we've recorded it as a single. We're planning to record "Believe" this year.
There are more songs we've been working on and I am so excited to have them all recorded so you can hear them and let them uplift you, inspire you, and remind you to live your music.
Dudley and Zander have two albums of original songs. Both albums — and the single of our song "Imagine" — were recorded at SoundTek Studios. If you are curious, click on this link to hear The DeNadors on CD Baby.
You can also hear all of the songs on both albums plus the single of our song "Imagine" on Spotify. Just do a search for The DeNadors on Spotify and/or CD Baby and you'll find us.
We'd love to have you hear our songs and let us know which are your favorites. :-)
Robert Berry helps make music dreams come true. He has helped Dudley, Zander, and me — and many, many others — turn their music dreams into reality. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to our treasured friend, Robert Berry, for all he did to make these albums sound so great. Robert is a very talented musician and singer. To find out more about Robert and his music please visit his website at www.RobertBerry.com. On his website you will also find a link to his recording studio, SoundTek Studios.
Do you dream of making music? What do you dream of doing? What would you like to create? What do you feel inspired to share? What are your true Heart's Desires?
On my blog talk radio show Live Your Music I interview people who are living their music. You can hear all of the episodes of my show by clicking on the link.
Your "music" might be music and it can be whatever you feel you are meant to do. For example, my "music" includes being a Mom, hosting my Live Your Music radio show, being a Creative Life Coach, writing my book, and writing lyrics for songs and singing for the joy it give me and to inspire others to do what they feel called to do.
Do you feel you're meant to be a parent? A doctor? An author? A speaker? An actor? A dancer? A visual artist? A teacher? What gives you joy? What do you love to do?
What I know for sure is that every person on the planet has "music" they are here to play. It's why I host my radio show, it's why I became a Creative Life Coach, and it's why I wrote my book The Art of Living a Life You Love.
Here is what Abraham Maslow reminds us: “A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he be at peace with himself. What a man can be, he must be.”
I am also thankful that Zander and Dudley and my friend Robert have encouraged me to keep singing.
Now Dudley and I are co-managers for West Coast Songwriters in San Rafael, California. We are having so much fun performing together. Each time I get a bit closer to believing in my dream of writing lyrics for songs and singing on stage with my husband, son, and our friends.
We all need to do what gives us joy. We all need to create whatever we feel inspired to create. It helps us love our life and enjoy our "Holiday on Earth."
Whether your "music" is actually music or something else you feel inspired to do or create — do it. We must each allow our “music” to flow freely from us while we are alive!
Please, everyone who is reading this message — Live Your Music!!!

During the show I played a beautiful song titled Here In Our Dreams which was written and performed by Brett Boyd and Raj Ramayya and it's on their third Beautiful Losers CD. Brett and Raj wrote the song several years ago but it proves that great music is timeless.
Brett Boyd is a wonderful example of what can happen when you listen to your heart and have the courage to live your music. As Brett said, it's not always easy but the joy you feel – and can give to others – makes it well worthwhile to live the music you hear calling you.
Brett is also an example of how you can have a family, enjoy time with your family, and blend in plenty of time to enjoy playing music.

Dr. Michelle Millis Chappel is an internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter and speaker with a PhD in psychology from Princeton.
After being voted “Most Inspirational Professor” at the University of California, Santa Cruz, she ditched academics to follow her dream to be a rock star. Since then she’s had top 10 and 20 radio singles in South Africa and the UK; a #1 hit on US college radio; 7 songs featured on ABC, HBO, Encore, and Showtime; and won 17 Billboard International Songwriting awards. She’s also been a finalist for “Best International Artist” in Australia twice (The MusicOz Awards).
Today we talked about inspiration to go for your dreams and encouragement to live your music in your own unique way. We also talked about how living your music can sometimes be done in a variety of ways that can overlap like a Venn diagram.
Michelle Chappel is a great example of what can happen when you listen to your heart and feel inspired to live your music. As we talked about today, fear and excitement can feel very similar so it depends on how you think of it. If you say to yourself, "Feel the Excitement…" it reminds you to focus on the excitement and that is how you start to feel.
Michelle's new CD, Call Me Crazy, is being released soon and she is having a CD release party in Felton, California on June 5, 2016. She has more radio interviews and performances planned for June and she will be giving a talk titled What Successful Women Do Differently on June 28, 2016 in Santa Cruz, California.

My husband, Dudley DeNador, was my guest and during the show we shared treasured memories of times we spent with Wayne Dyer along with some of the greatest lessons we've learned from him. :-)
During the show I played Skye Dyer's beautiful song You Inspire Me. Skye wrote it for her Dad and it is one of his favorites. We love it too! Skye's voice sounds beautiful and she is one of the kindest and most loving Earth Angels I've ever known.
We also talked about Serena Dyer and her inspiring book Don't Die with Your Music Still in You. I am so glad to have her book and and I highly recommend it! Serena is a great storyteller and you'll feel like she's talking to you as you read her inspiring book.
As promised, we told the story that goes with pictures of us with Wayne Dyer at Book Passage in Corte Madera, California right before 09/11/01 and the story of us seeing Wayne Dyer on Maui in 2002.
Click on the photo above to hear a replay of Live Your Music Remembering Wayne Dyer and our Maui picture story.
As Dudley and I said during the show, we are so thankful that we listened to Wayne Dyer's audio program of his book titled What Do You Really Want for Your Children? because he helped us have the wonderful experience we've had as parents and his inspiring advice about raising children helped us raise our incredible son.
The Dyer family is an example of what can happen when your children are surrounded by love and are encouraged to be both thankful and kind. Having spent time with Wayne Dyer and his daughters I can tell you that they are happy, thankful, creative, and kind. They are as Wayne Dyer was – a joy to know and they are full of love and light.
We'd love for you to listen to the show and share it with your family and friends. As Dr. Dyer said so often, "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." and LOVE.
"You'll See It When You Believe It." is so true!! Early in the morning I often hear Wayne's voice saying, "The Morning Breeze having secrets to tell you! Get up and write them down!" So far I've always been glad when I got out of bed to write what I was hearing. :-)

Robert Berry was my guest for Live Your Music this week.
Robert Berry Remembering Keith Emerson is the title of this week's show. Whether you knew Keith or Emerson, Lake & Palmer, I'd love for you to hear what Robert has to say during this show.
To hear the podcast recording of this week's show, with Robert Berry as my guest, please click here.
Click on the photo above to hear a replay of Live Your Music with Robert Berry Remembering Keith Emerson.
The show focuses on Robert's memories of getting a call from Carl Palmer, going to England, and how excited he was to meet Keith Emerson for the first time. Robert also talked about what Keith was like, what it was like to record an album with him, perform with him, and what he was like as a person and a long-time friend.
Keith Emerson was best known as the awesome keyboard player of the progressive rock group Emerson, Lake & Palmer. You may remember famous songs such as Lucky Man, Fanfare for the Common Man, Hoedown or Welcome Back My Friends to the Show that Never Ends. This incredible trio had a unique, complex, symphonic quality largely due Keith Emerson who is still regarded as one of the most talented rock keyboard players of all time. However, during the last part of the 80's he was in a band called "3" with Robert Berry, which was also known as Emerson, Berry, Palmer. I love their album To The Power of Three and the live album from a show in 1988 which came out last year.
Following are some photos of Keith from the early days and a more recent picture of him as well.
I loved hearing what Robert had to say about Keith. I've admired Keith Emerson as an amazing keyboard player for many years and loved hearing Robert talk about what Keith was like and what is was like to play with him and Carl Palmer.
During the show I played a beautiful new song titled OUR BOND which is a song Robert wrote as a tribute to Keith Emerson. When you listen to the show, you'll also hear Robert tell fun stories of what it was like to perform with Keith and have him as a long-time friend.
Robert Berry is a Grammy nominated recording artist, singer, songwriter, producer, and performing musician. He was featured on an album titled "3" with Keith Emerson & Carl Palmer; he has toured with Ambrosia; and has a long running project - Alliance - with members of Boston, Sammy Hagar, Night Ranger, and has also performed with The Tubes, Greg Kihn and has a wonderful holiday rock group called December People. Robert is also the owner of Soundtek Studios in Campbell, California.

Now I am curious to read her book It's Simply Serendipity the book that tells the first part of Cali's story.
Reading PEARL has changed the way I look at living in Marin County. Cali's love of our area has helped me see Sausalito through her eyes. We live in a beautiful place and I feel lucky to have lived here since 1978.
During the show we talked about going with the flow of life, listening to your intuition, going where you feel "called" to go, and creating a life you enjoy living – a life where you are living the "music" you feel called to live.
Cali Gilbert is truly an inspiration. After reading her book, and talking with her on my show today, I feel re-inspired to take some new leaps of faith of my own. Life is short no matter how long you live. Is it time to make some new choices and step a little beyond your current comfort zone?
What have you always dreamed of doing? What makes you feel most alive when you're doing it? Is it time to make some changes in your life? What would you do if you weren't afraid to do it?
Whatever it is, please take some steps toward your dream and reach out for help from a coach, like me, or a publisher and book coach like Cali Gilbert. We both love to see people feel happy and enjoy helping them move forward to live an authentic and enjoyable life.
To find out more about Cali Gilbert, her books, and publishing services, please visit her website: www.CaliGilbert.com
I hope you'll take 30 minutes to listen to the show and if you feel inspired to do it, please share the interview with your family and friends!
Diana Dorell was my guest for Live Your Music this week!

My friend Diana Dorell, and her co-author Maryellen Smith, have written a book titled The Dating Mirror: Trust Again, Love Again. Diana is also an intuitive coach who helps her clients release the past, trust their intuition, and feel free, adored and happy!
Diana enjoys helping women learn how to feel "magnetic" in their relationships and she says it all starts with the relationship you have with yourself.
During the show today we talked about Diana's book The Dating Mirror: Trust Again, Love Again. She would like you to know that on the release day, March 15, 2016, you'll be able to get the Kindle version of the book for free on Amazon!
If you prefer actual books, you can also order the softcover version of the book on Amazon. To order The Dating Mirror on Amazon, please click here.
As I told Diana during the show, I wish there had been a book like this one during my 20's. The book can help you tune into, and trust, your intuition. It can also help you get clear on what is most important to you in a relationship.
The book is designed for singles and is written mainly for women but, as we talked about during the show, it can also be helpful for men.
Everyone has intuition and the more we are aware of it the more we can use it to help us make choices.
Intuition is moment to moment. It's guidance from inside that tells you to be careful, to take your watch off before you clean out your office, it's the guidance that says to turn even though your car's GPS says to go the other way.
I've had moments where I have listened and taken action and been glad that I did and I've also had times when I heard my intuition say to do something and I decided it could wait. What I've learned from this is to listen and take action when my intuition says to take action!
If you, or someone you know, would like to know more about using your intuition for dating, you'll want to hear what Diana Dorell and her co-author Maryellen Smith have to say in their book The Dating Mirror: Trust Again, Love Again.

Paul Luftenegger and Anita Moorjani
I feel lucky to have met Anita Moorjani in person, at a couple of Hay House I Can Do It conferences, when she spoke onstage with Dr. Wayne Dyer. Anita and her story remind us all of the importance of loving yourself like your life depends on it because, as she says, it does depend on it.

After having met Arielle and her husband Brian in person last year, and having them both on my show, I feel they are authentic, loving, and kind.
Following is the quote by John Gray, author of Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus, from the back of Arielle's new book, that I read during the show:
"Arielle Ford helps us move past the unrealistic expectations and myths about love, romance, and happily ever after. In their place she offers simple and immediate ways to breathe new life into old relationships and build bridges between the very different ways in which women and men see relationships."

Carl Stedmond was my guest for Live Your Music today and we talked about the various ways he is living his music. Carl has a new music CD for children – and for all of us who have a "kid" inside of us. During the show I played a "montage" of four songs which are produced with state-of-the-art 432hz frequency. I love the songs and would love for you to hear them on the show.

Click on the photo above to hear a replay of Live Your Music with Carl Stedmond, as my guest.
Carl Stedmond is an inspirational and motivational speaker, a singer songwriter, and a martial arts instructor who "serves" as a teacher of PEACE and Self Empowerment.
Carl was born in Merseyside England in a small town next to Liverpool. It seems Carl was born to SELF EMPOWER and then help others do the same. In a wheelchair from the age of eight until eleven (Perthes Dis-ease) a rare hip disorder did not stop him from starting a long hard path of Shotokan karate.
Carl's teaching methods have changed greatly since he had a huge shift in consciousness in 2005 and changed the name of his club from the Liverpool School of Martial Arts to The Harmony Center.
Carl became a singer and songwriter at the age of 46. With his unique voice he is often compared to Rod Stewart and does tributes to the Legendary rocker.
Carl recorded his first music CD, in 2008 and he tours as a "one man" show, telling his life story through his songs.
One show he is very proud of was a Peace Concert where he opened for the famous scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto who Carl gives a lot of credit for his own SHIFT in consciousness.
Carl's new CD, THE GREATEST ME which was produced and composed with Peter Nelson, is for children and the songs were created with state-of-the-art 432hz frequency which Carl explained during the show can be used to enhance music for meditation and for feelings of happiness and relaxation.
Carl will tell you that his intention is to bring people together. No matter where you come from, what you do, or what faith you believe in, he believes we all have a CHAMPION inside and we all have a story. He just wants to inspire you to go for YOUR dreams....and never EVER give up.
To find out more about Carl Stedmond, and his music, please visit his website: www.CarlStedmond.com
We had fun talking about Carl's new children's CD, his passion path of development in Karate and as a singer songwriter who is using his talents and gifts to empower children – as well as people of all ages to be happy and spread happiness. Carl inspires me and I feel certain he'll inspire you too so I hope you'll take 30 minutes to listen to the replay of the show.

Jack Foster III was my guest for Live Your Music today! We had fun talking about how he is living his music with his new album JazzRapt, touring with December People, recording with Robert Berry, and playing live performances with other Bay Area bands. I also played a fun song from his new album during the show and we talked and laughed about it.

Jack Foster III has a degree in music composition and theory from Middlebury College in Vermont. He currently plays in several San Francisco Bay Area bands including DreamCycle, The ShowBiz Kidz, Carolina Sunset, and a seasonal holiday band called December People, which plays holiday classics — in the style of various Classic Rock bands.

Jack says he has always been a genre bender, but his latest album covers new terrain. Though still retaining a rock-pop sensibility, JazzRapt moves Jack’s music towards the jazz side of the jazz-rock fusion spectrum.
My husband, Dudley, and I love the illustration on the cover of JazzRapt, Jack's 6th album, partly because it's drawn Phil Frank who was a treasured friend of ours. Jack and I didn't have time to talk about the cover art on the show today so I wanted to mention it here. It's a wonderful, playful, colorful illustration of a band of raptors playing together.
The cover art shows Jack's sense of humor – which is also apparent in the song I played during the show today. The title of the song is Your Purse. As Jack pointed out, it is how men feel when we ask them to hold a purse for us. I love the song! You can hear it during the show and also hear it by clicking here for the JazzRapt album.
To hear samples of the songs on Jack's six albums, you can click here to visit his band camp site with samples of songs from each album.
During the show we talked about a song called Inspiration that was inspired by the quote by Patanjali and how I inspired Jack and Robert Berry to create it. To hear a sample of the song, Inspiration, on Jack's album Jazzraptor's Secret, click here.
To connect with Jack online, visit his website: jazzraptor.com
Jack and I had a fun talking today! It was fun hearing about his music, the bands he performs with – especially December People – and recording the songs with Robert Berry. I feel certain Jack's new song from his 6th album, JazzRapt will make you smile.

Cristi Earnshaw, has had the gift of intuitively reading the energy of people's personal items, in their home, since she was six years old.
She believes that personal items that do not carry Love Energy are considered clutter and can be blocking New Abundance from coming into people's lives. She specializes in helping her clients raise the Love Energy in their homes to make it easier to welcome their new good.
Cristi discusses intentions, and provides unique tools to instantly raise the energy in the homes or offices of her clients. She is a firm believer that everything a person owns is an extension of their energy. This is why it's so important to ONLY have the Highest Energy items in your environment.
Cristi has had her business for over 10 years and has worked in over 600 homes. She works both locally and internationally with Skype and can do in person sessions if you're in her area.
During the show Cristi and I talked about the importance of releasing the energy of guilt by releasing unloved items. By clearing out energies of guilt and fear, it lifts you to a higher love vibration which attracts more abundance into your life.
You'll hear Cristi's stories about clients receiving new abundance after working with her and why she has created some new services for those who are afraid to ask for her help because of concerns about money or time.
As Cristi said during the show, everything is energy and holding on to things that have "guilt" energy can block your flow of abundance in a variety of ways.
She told some inspiring stories about what can happen after an Abundance Whispering session. We also talked about what happened after I had a session with her in August 2015. The results were amazing and I love how I feel now because of what she's inspired me to believe and do. Talking with Cristi has radically changed – forever – how I think about clutter!
If you, or someone you know, would like to attract more abundance, a new relationship, or even a new job into your life, listen to what Cristi Earnshaw has to say during this interview!
The Abundance Whisperer is the name of Cristi's Facebook page where she posts inspiring quotes (such as the one above). If you "Like" her Facebook page you'll also get to see before and after photos from clients she's worked with locally and internationally. Cristi and I had an inspiring conversation today! We talked about ways to attract more abundance into your life. Abundance can include finding money, attracting more joy into your life, feeling happiness in your home, attracting more clients, getting a new job, and also enjoying new relationships in your life.
Talking with Cristi today was inspiring. She is a woman who truly cares about people and wants the best for all of her clients and friends. I've met her in person and this is the third time she's been a guest on my show. If you've never heard Cristi talk about abundance whispering before you're in for a delightful surprise!

Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino was my guest for Live Your Music today and we had a wonderful talk about ways to have a "Best Ever Year" in 2016.
To hear the recording of today's show, with Elizabeth as my guest, please click here.
Click on the photo above to hear a replay of Live Your Music with Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino as my guest.
Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino is the author of an inspiring Hay House book titled Percolate… Let Your Best Self Filter Through. I've read her book and I recommend reading it. She's authentic, lovable, fun, and unique. I like how she talks about "Letting Your Best Self Filter Through" and compares life to percolating your coffee.
Elizabeth lives life with allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. In 1998, she nearly lost her life due to an allergic reaction to almonds and then in 1999, she had a second near-fatal allergic reaction while pregnant and was hospitalized for more than a week.
Elizabeth understands firsthand the challenges life can bring and has worked with thousands across the globe to illuminate their light within and help them live their best life.
In 2008, Elizabeth left a 17 year career in the financial services industry to start The Best Ever You Network, which is now a leading multimedia provider of lifestyle and self-help content.
Elizabeth has a degree in communications and broadcasting; is a life coach, food-allergy expert, and anaphylaxis survivor; and she hosts The Best Ever You Show on blog talk radio.
Elizabeth lives with her husband and four boys in Maine.
We had a wonderful 30 minute conversation about ways to help you have a "Best Ever Year" in 2016. Our talk today included some of the topics in a blog article written by Elizabeth. The title of the article is Practice Abundance – Create and Live Your Best Life in 2016. You can read her article by clicking on the title.
"Practice Abundance" by taking the time to notice and appreciate all that you have in your life as Elizabeth suggested during the show.
At this time of year many people get focused on all of the things they didn't do during the last year and also things that they feel they "should" have done.
But, as Elizabeth said, what can be more motivating is to focus on WHY you want create your desired outcome. What will you see? What will you hear? How good will you feel?
One of the things I love to do is create a list of "25+ Things I'm Glad I Did Last Year" for the year that just ended. I've noticed that by creating my list, it reminds me of things I did that helped me enjoy how I used my gift of time and it also motivates me to start thinking about things I'd love to put on my list for this year and why I'm inspired to do it.
What are you glad you did last year? What would you love to do this year? What would you let yourself try doing if you knew you'd feel good just by giving it a try? I'd love to hear what you decide to try doing this year!
One of the things I'm glad I did last year is to host my radio show Live Your Music. I've greatly enjoyed talking with each of my guests about how they are living the "music" they hear calling them. Seeing the list of shows does inspire me to keep hosting my show!

Today Diana talked about what it's like to take her art classes and she told me that she likes to create a safe and loving place for her students to learn to paint. She told us what it means to do intuitive painting. She also talked about where she currently teaches and how she is planning to do classes in a variety of locations so more people can benefit from taking a class with her!
I love how Diana talks about learning to paint. She works with her students in a non-threatening environment and through her instruction, helps them believe they can learn to paint. The photos of her art class makes it look like fun and that is because Diana likes her students to have fun while they are learning. The more fun you have, the more you can learn because you're open and willing to just give it a try.
Have you taken any art classes? Would you like to take a class with Diana Toma? She spoke of using Skype for art classes and that could be the first step. I have to say that I am curious what it would be like to take a class with her! I wish my teachers in college had been as inspiring as her and had made the classes so much fun!
Last time Diana was on my show, she posted some of her students' paintings on her Facebook page. The paintings were amazing and blew me away.
You can connect with Diana Toma on Facebook by clicking on this link: www.facebook.com/ArtByDianaToma or for more information about her and to see get information about her classes, you can visit her website: www.ArtByDianaToma.com
We had a wonderful 30 minute conversation about creativity, art, and how to believe in your ability to un-block your creativity.
Diana's mission is to move, touch, and inspire people through being authentic. Her art moves me, touches my heart, and inspires me and I greatly enjoyed having her as my guest for Live Your Music both times. If you missed my first interview with Diana Toma on 11/11/15, you can hear it by clicking here.
Hearing Diana Toma's story during the first interview was very inspiring. You can listen to it first or you can listen to it after today's show by clicking on the link above.
As I've said before, one of my main intentions with my show is to give you lots of ideas for ways you can live your music and enjoy your life. While you are listening to my conversation with Diana Toma, I hope you'll feel inspired to try some new things – to expand your mind and just for the fun of it.
What would you let yourself do if you knew you'd feel good just by giving it a try? I'd love to hear what you decide to try doing after listening to this show!

Today we had a conversation about living in courage, kindness, prosperity, generosity, and how to feel and share more happiness during the holiday season and New Year.
The quote from the book ANAM CARA - A Book of Celtic Wisdom by John O'Donohue, that Debra shared during the show today, was inspiring so I'd like to share part of it here.
"The divine has such passionate creativity and instinct for the fully inhabited life. If you live the life you love, you will receive shelter and blessings. If you allow yourself to be the person you are, then everything will come into rhythm. The shape of each soul is different. There is a secret destiny for each person. When you endeavor to repeat what others have done or force yourself into a preset mold, you betray your individuality. We need to return to the solitude within, to find again the dream with the wonder of a child approaching a threshold of discovery."
While you are listening to our conversation, I hope it will remind you to take some time for solitude, to be kind to yourself and others, to give more hugs, and to imagine ways you can make this a relaxing, happy, and fun holiday season for you, your family, and your friends.
I am happy to have my talented, inspiring, and super fun husband, Dudley DeNador, as my guest for Live Your Music today!
To hear the recording of today's show about Happy Holidays! – with Dudley as my guest – please click here.
We talked about an inspiring book by Dr. Wayne Dyer titled Happy Holidays! and some highlights of Dr. Dyer's uplifting advice for how to avoid the holiday blues and recapture the true spirit of Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's holidays.

During the show I played our own holiday song, Merry Christmas. The music was written by my husband, Dudley. The lyrics were a collaboration by all three of us, including our son Zander. It was recorded in December 2007 by our super-talented friend Robert Berry at Soundtek Studios in Campbell, California.
Also during the show today, we talked about giving the gift of experiences instead of giving traditional gifts for the holidays. One of our favorite experiences over the past years has been seeing December People perform their show A Classic Rock Christmas. The shows feature amazing lighting and classic Christmas carols performed in the style of famous rock groups. They also help benefit the people in the local area by asking attendees to donate canned food to help those in need.

We're looking forward to seeing the new show in Pleasanton, California on Saturday, December 12, 2015. There are two shows that day and we've decided to go to the early show at 2pm. The shows are family friendly and I'm pleased to see that there is an early show in Pleasanton this year!
As we mentioned during the radio show, there will be three shows in Michigan this year on December 18, 19, and 21, 2015. The shows will be in Saginaw, Port Huron, and Grand Rapids. There will also be a show on Friday night on December 25, 2015 in Oroville, California.
If you live near one of those cities, or know someone who does, we highly recommend getting tickets to see the show.

Dancing Ladies Menorah by artist Lynn Rae Lowe
While you are listening to our conversation about Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's celebrations, I hope it will inspire you to imagine some of the ways you can make this a relaxing, happy, and fun holiday season.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, your family, and your friends!!
Because it's a holiday week, I've decided to share links for replays of shows with a few of the many guests I've been thankful to have on my Live Your Music show during this past year. I am also thankful that next week it will be two years since I hosted my very first BlogTalk Radio show!
The inspiring guests I've chosen to feature in this Thanksgiving newsletter include: Chris Austria, Cristi Earnshaw, Robert Berry, Shiloh Hobel, and Lynn Rae Lowe.
Each one of them is a great example of living your music and they are each making the world a better place in their own ways.
Chris Austria works for the Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Uganda. This haven is home to 48 orphaned chimpanzees that have been rescued from the illegal wildlife trade. They live on 95 acres of forest habitat. The sanctuary was founded in 1998 by Dr. Jane Goodall and a group of founding trustees.
Originally from San Francisco, California, Chris has worked with tigers, lions, leopards, birds of prey, and a variety of animals for many years at Marine World Africa U.S.A., Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California and the San Francisco Zoo.
