Shiloh also finds it extremely important, and fulfilling, to contribute to the growth of our creative and educational communities in leadership roles such as Board Member, Committee Chair, and Vice President of the SF Grammy Recording Academy and she is currently the Vice President for the West Coast Songwriters organization.
I feel honored that Shiloh wanted me to be the first to play her new song on a radio show! During the show you'll hear Shiloh's beautiful new song, Close Is Where We Ought To Be, and her inspiration for writing it.
We talked about what Shiloh has learned from being in the music business, where inspiration comes from, and why she feels we all need to live the music we hear calling us. As we discussed, it's important to remember that we are all creative. Using your creativity is important to your own happiness and can also benefit all who enjoy what you create. We both hope our conversation will to inspire you to use more of your creativity!
As Shiloh mentioned during the show, she will be performing with Steve T. Ney in Sonoma, California on Friday, July 24, 2015. Please see the poster below for more information.
Please grab your favorite beverage, coffee, tea, or juice, and join us for an uplifting conversation about music, songwriting, creativity, living the music you hear calling you, and also enjoy listening to Shiloh's beautiful new song.
