Here is what I know for sure...
Every choice we make can be a learning experience. We can learn from our own choices and from choices of people we know. We can learn from people we read about or see in movies or TV. We can learn from the mistakes people make and remember what we want to do. We can also learn from what others do to create success. It all begins with the choice to learn from everything and everyone in your life.
Take Action:
Write the choices you are willing to make on 3x5 cards. Feel free to add to the list or to re-write the choices so they empower you. Put the cards in places where you'll see them as reminders - at your desk, in your kitchen, in your car, and/or in a pocket of your exercise jacket.
Be creative in how you use reminders. Create art to go with them. Write them in fun colors and playful lettering. Maybe choose to print them out from your computer in fonts you enjoy seeing. Do whatever will empower you to make it fun to see your reminders.
